I can't decide, I'm like torn between the two
And do I enable the war option?
I don't want war, but I want to be able to attack people to stop war

I was thinking about it just to I don't even know just because XD -
I didn't pick it, I just went with "none."
Instead of going communist, I went with revolutionary government. Kind of have to have a revolutionary government before you can go full communism.

It's the stuff like bridges, utility pipes and wires, railroad tracks, and other stuff which improves your economy.
Also, capitalist gives a positive environment effect, but communist gives a negative environment effect?
