Answer this according to your belief, as in what you think it should be- not what the current situation is (unless you support the current situation).
Who owns
the ocean?
space?
the land?
food?
industry?
education and libraries?
agriculture (arguably this is food and industry, but bear with me)?
healthcare?
information?
wealth in general?
and the actual question I'm asking is here:
If you answered one question even slightly differently than another, why?
I answered them all the same way- why wouldn't you? -
Nobody owns the ocean.
Nobody owns space.
The Monarchs/Presidents of each separate land/country has independent custody of it.
Whatever brand the food is labeled and produced from.
The owner of the industry.
The owner of the district/owner of the buildings
Nobody.
Nobody.
Nobody.
Nobody.
It's because I believe that everything should be fair. xP -
My answer was "everyone and no one."
It seems illogical that anyone can be proclaimed the "owner" of something.
It seems logical that if someone needs to use something, they can use it. Not to keep the thing from those who need it, in the custody of those who do not, on the basis of "private ownership." -
Nobody owns any of that.
-
So you agree?

Well, it's either what Appa said, or one person basically controls the entire world, secretly.
I know this sounds stupid, but... Well... Who-ever controls what get's around, controls the public. Who-ever controls the public, controls the system. And who-ever controls the system, controls how things work. And, last but not least, who-ever controls how things work, controls those things single-handedly.
It's like a monarch in the medieval days. They controlled every-thing.
Every-thing belonged to them.
And now, whith this transportation and media and all, there can be monarchs on a much larger scale.
But I'm a f---in' dumb-ass.
I go with Appa. -
Anyone who wants some of it and will use it well. That's not the current state, but I feel it should be.
