Has anyone ever wondered what happens if the doll gets pregnant, has their period, dies, or need to go to the bathroom?
If the doll is pregnant, you'll either have to add to her daily rations or abort it yourself.
Periods are pretty obvious. Tampons or pads. Learn her cycle and work with that.
If she dies, call us again and we will help dispose of the body. Your next doll will be at a discount.
Bathroom is also pretty simple. Just set her on the toilet a couple times a day. Little food, little excrement. Also, if you're out of town, just insert a catheter. Her body will probably appreciate the retention anyways. -

I won't sever the tubes because it is up to the client whether he wants her to have a child or not. Some people prefer it that way.

If the client does want the doll to get pregnant, would they want the child as a doll too, or help them live a semi-normal life? Or is it up to that person? -

If your doll seems scared and confused, then it's probably because of a cycle she's not used to. I'd suggest keeping the light in the room either constant or on a regular cycle. Flickering or constantly changing lights can disorient the dolls.
I might also suggest being more rough with your doll. Not abusive, but very hands on. All she's known for nearly a year now is aggressiveness, so the idea of gentleness might be alarming to her. -
