Ok so whenever I have to go to the doctors I have a compete meltdown >.> if my mom tells me that I have a shot coming up in a few days the night before I can't sleep. And I try to stall to try to miss the appointment when the day does come. I have such a huge fear of needles that when I'm getting them I get nuseasous, dizzy, and lightheaded and sweaty, I feel like I'm gunna pass out. I start crying before the doctor even gives me the shot >.> anyone else afraid of needles?

No,but I heard that it helps if you look away when they give you the shot?

I am absolutely terrified of needles. You're not alone.
@6 6 sick: I look directly at the needle. If I look away I'm terrified the needle will jab through the wrong part, or in a vein.... At least if i look at the needle I can prepare for the pain and the stab. -
I have to watch. It really bothers me to not pay attention while someone has a foreign object anywhere inside of me.

I can't watch. I'd rather be completely surprised. If you flinch, you bleed more, so I'd rather not know exactly when it is.
