I can't walk into a room full of people without trying to pick out which of them is going to humiliate me next. Who has a knife to stick in my spine. Who is preparing to steal from me. To scam me. To be the last one, the spark, who I accidentally hurt and then they go ruin my reputation.
When I pass someone on a road, they're going to whirl around and stick spikes in my eyes. The guy mixing liquids is preparing acid to pour all over me. That kid playing Mario is going to steal my lunch.
Someone making eye contact with me hates me and is judging me. Trying to find my weak points. The people approaching me asking for favors are trying to trick me, so that they can make fun of me. Those people whispering are making cruel jokes about me, and that's why they keep laughing and smiling.
Am I right or am I paranoid as fuck? -
