Actually if you're talking about what I think you're talking about, it would mean the opposite. If I were a tritanope, the colors would not change because I could not see the blue end of the spectrum.

Yeah, there's quite a pile of evidence that I'm at least tritanomalous/incomplete tritanopia.
What do I see around your profile pictures? Very light blue. It's probably more accurate to say "violet-blindness" or blocks out the violet end of the spectrum.
