loopyliz89 NewbieI've just started at a new school. At night I find myself feeling incredibly worried or nervous but I don't really know what about. During the day i'm all smiles and nothing can put me down but at night i'm freaked. its interrupting my sleep I can't sleep until after midnight. Is it just that time of month or is it something else making me nervous/worried?

I don't know about that time of the month because I'm a girl but when I stay up during the night its mainly because of stress, depression or nervousness or excitement.
The night before my first day in college I couldn't sleep. I believe its because I was excited, nervous and afraid.
But the next night I slept like a baby.
You should try and figure whether you are stressed nervous etc
