Honestly, I feel like my parents completely f---ed up everything. I feel like I've never gotten anything I truly needed from either of them, just a strong dose of emotional vacancy and a barrage of criticism. Did I deserve the criticism sometimes? Yeah, but maybe I would've done better with someone there to tell me I could do it instead of making me doubt myself at every turn. It's ridiculous how much emotional damage my parents have done to me. At this point, whatever success and happiness I achieve in life is going to come in spite of them, not because of them.

All the parents have been normal humans like us and once they make kids,they think they're f---ing angels sent from heaven.
