If you have AIDs or somethings and have unprotected sex with someone and you don't tell them?
-
*something not somethings
-
No, it's completely legal. Though I think you are allowed to sue that person if they give you AIDs.
-
Same with tounge, but wearing a condemn won't protect you or your partner from AIDS.
-
Where did you hear that, Horseluver? Condoms have been proven to offer STD protection. They aren't fool-proof, yes, but they make a huge difference.

SilverBlueMoon NoviceSaliva and sweat cannot transmit the diesease. It's a blood-borne illness, carried by fluids of the...nether regions, shall we say, and blood.
Kissing will not give someone HIV. (which is the virus that causes AIDs.)
To answer the original question; yes, it is pefectly legal. Would I reccomend lying by ommison, when lives are at stake? No, but there it is. It's more of an ethical issue than a legal issue. -
Silver, if STD's cannot be transferred by kissing, then how can someone with Herpes of the mouth, give someone else Herpes of the mouth?

Rainicorn NewbieI agree with Bob... Sadly.-.
