god im trying to forget about my sister

tongue NewbieActually, I want to address Emmajamme's point about adoption- most research I've seen shows that adoption needs are being met. If anything, there are alot of babies going unadopted. Conception methods like in vitro fertilization and surrogacy have kind of made adoption outdated.

ok..

yea big words confuse me
-
you finaly on i woke up a couple hours ago hungover
-
tongue NewbieI wasn't intentionally trying to confuse you. If your confused and don't understand something that's your problem not mine. I'd be more than happy to explain something you don't understand.

Ha ha, they are so simple! Oh, uh, no offense emma...
-
tongue NewbieIn vitro fertilization is a medical procedure where they take a woman's egg and fertilize it with a male's sperm outside the womb in a petri dish, then inject the fertilized egg into the woman's uterus with a needle.
-
tongue NewbieSurrogacy is pretty much in vitro fertilization, with the difference being that the fetus is carried by a woman besides the mother.
-
tongue NewbieWhat's terrible about it?
-
tongue NewbieSome women who want children are medically unable to carry it, hence the reason for surrogacy.
-
emma i just woke up big words confuse me
-
tongue NewbieSo just to be clear, you would adopt rather than have a surrogate carry your child if you weren't able?
-
tongue NewbieThat's cool, so long as you aren't saying that surrogacy should be illegal.
-
i think it kinda unfair for someone to go though all that morning sickness and the pain of giving birth just to give it to someone else when they can just adopt
