Personally, I believe that if someone thinks being gay is wrong and they justify it with their religion; they're homophobic.
This is super simple but whenever it gets brought up I always see people making excuses lmao -

Agree completely! I mean, you can say "It's just what they believe," but... Isn't that kind of true of all homophobes? The logic they used to arrive there is different, but the end result is the same.

Indeed. A lot of people believe you have to hate the group in order to be bigoted towards them but that isn't the case.
