Yes it’s illegal (people do it anyway sadly..)

When it comes to human rights, absolutely not. Human rights are human rights, but if it's not necessities that are being compromised, I'm pretty sure it's legal although I'm not sure, I should prolly check
I don't know abt that one, they'll probably have you vote based on your sex? Again, just a theory
I don't think it's right to fire someone simply for being gay or trans, although I'm not sure if it's legal or not -
Some states don’t require you to need an I.d but some do but they are not SUPPOSE to discriminate but… being realistic society sucks

Iirc its perfectly legal to discriminate in some states based on sexuality for things like employment or renting
