Noocracy and Meritocracy
Noocracy: Ruled by the wise
Meritocracy: Ruled by merit, Skill or Talent
In a society were everybody is to attached to thinking they know what is right but its society driven.
bush, trump, Biden
The lot of them are all unfit to lead and its time we have someone with the skill to run a nation. The talent of someone who knows what they are doing.
I assure you the closest we got to this lately was maybe Andrew Yang but even then its pretty far off. We should focus on intelligence and reform our schools. If we want more people with the knowledge. Why in the eternal winged flames are we investing a senseless amount into military when we should be putting more towards education. Teach history and why systems failed. We should not be erasing it. I say a museum should be respected and put to use. -
Answer to social liberalism
Problems can't be solved by just simply throwing money at all of them. -
Who would be the ones that decide who's talented/skilled?
-
Publicing evaluations
In a extreme example sense, If you wanted to find a talented warrior. We would train people and throw them into combat. (just as an example)
for leadng a country we would need to take a look at accomplishments and revamp the education system on top of that. As part of the schooling system. schools would be valuable in determining who is intelligent but as of right now we have a faulty education system and that needs to change first.
Other ways of determining skill is paying attention to Accomplishments across the country. -
How would you change our education? What kind of tests would determine intelligence? And how would that be different from our standardized IQ, SAT, ACT? Who funds education?
And also, what happens to those who don't excel or physically can't? -
Everybody will excel in something
Funding could be taken care of if america would stop trying to be the global police. Military is absurd in budget
According to SIPRI data, China has increased its military expenditure by almost 800 percent since 1992. At around US$245 billion in 2020, The Chinese spent significantly more than the Russians (around US$67 billion), but their spending was still well below that of the U.S. (around US$767 billion).
this a 542 billion dollar difference. America values matter over mind. We could take a good 200 billion and divert it then with time testing would be improved and possibly be brought to a new form and a new level. New test form because as far as right now goes we still have the upper hand.
