Most people don't vote for the third party. I am genuinely curious. I feel like voting in a third party candidate would be better overall, rather than a Republican or Democrat.

I think a third party candidate winning would be interesting though.

I honestly think it’s because the media doesn’t talk about them at all and because they don’t have as much money to campaign as hard as the democrats and republicans. We only hear about democrats and republicans and so most people feel like their vote would go to waste if they vote for a third party candidate.
I agree that we should vote for someone who’s more Independent (but that might be biased because that’s what I am), but what usually happens is that people who are Independent vote either Democrat or Republican since they don’t have majority to vote for someone else. -
Independent candidates never come close to winning, so you're pretty much just wasting your vote.

The Democratic and Republican parties have the strongest concepts and ideas to most people, so probably why.
But if you don’t want to make the choice to vote (because you hate both), I’d probably vote for like Kanye West -
As I see you are mostly supporting the Democratic party and Kanye West is a Republican (no offense)

He ran as the rep of the “Independent Party” or something like that.
Rn, I literally have nothing against Republicans except for their representative.
But Republican and Democratic ideas are much stronger than other party’s -
