i live in the complete freakin boondocks of PA. what are we even going to do thats bad with them? id use one for varment control, and target shootin. its not like there is anything out here that wuld cause the guns to be used in a bad way! i can kill just as many people with a pistol, shotgun, rifle, or hell, even a knife!! i dont see y they are banned, its a load of conformist S H I T!!!

tongue AdvancedAutomatic weapons are banned because the only reason anyone would need one is to kill s---loads of people. And it's not just PA- it's a nationwide law.

its not nation wide, ive seen alot of people in alot of states (addmitidly mostly the south) that legally have 1 or more hand held, shoulder fired, or mounter automatic weapons

tongue AdvancedYes you are correct. Apparently the Assault Weapons Ban expired in 2004. So basically the issue is left to the states.

What's funny is, they think to ban guns, but any smart killer would know there are about 1,000 more ways to kill someone.
So we'd also have to ban rat poison, bleach, knives, bows and arrows, mattresses (thanks Edgar Allan Poe for coming up with that one)and the list is endless.
Therefore I think banning guns is ridiculous and won't even serve its purpose. -
tongue AdvancedTasers aren't allowed in New York state, which I don't like. A taser isn't a gun. I'd personally love to have a taser.

tongue AdvancedYea and it's not like they need to be controlled. It's a non-lethal weapon- nobody can pull a Tucson with a taser.
