It happens in Louisiana. He was selling CD's near a convenience store. He had a permant. Someone over reacted and called the police because he had a gun. Even though its legal in Louisiana to have a licensed gun showing when I mean by this is you can have it in your poket or have a gun holder. Anyway the cops tackled him. One was on top of him and the other one was grabbing his arms. They thought he was going to shoot them even though he has someone grabing his arms and someone one top of him. So they shot him 6 times in the chest. The owner of the convenience store recorded it because the cops took the tapes from the cameras of the store. They said they had a warrant when they didn't.

Well that's also Louisiana. tbh, don't think it's the most race friendly place. With a gun permit, you can have a handgun on your person just about anywhere. This was definitely a crime based more on race than a man having a gun. The fact that they took those tapes means they knew it was wrong but did it anyway.
If any one of you ever owns a business and the cops say they have a warrent, tell them to show it to you. Well, that applies for anything actually, like searching your car or house, but usually they ask if you want to let them search before getting a warrent. They can't search or take anything without consent or a warrent, and it's against the law for them to do so. If they have a warrent, they'll show it to you if you request it. If they refuse, then they don't have one and can get the hell out.
