  That's a fair opinion.
  
  However alchohol has harder stuff too.
  And the fact that it is illegal does not change the fact that people like the feeling of being high, and will want to try other drugs.
  
  Furthermore, I do not want such a country as the U.S.A with principles and values, to become Amsterdam! What would this country go to if everyone was watery-red eyed, talking about dragons to invisisble people, and going on to get a "better feeling" with other drugs?
  We'd be headed for hell. Or heaven for those who seek to ruin their lives.

  well its actuly safer than tobacco hell its even safer than pain pills aint u ever noticed that all the hippies are still alive? and in ther like 90s now but the moderen "pill for everything adge" life expectancy is 75? GO BACK TO THE 60S MAN!!!!!

  Marijuana is just like alchohol and tabbaco, and doesn't really do that much harm, so it's like, if alchohol is legal then so should Marijuana, dude.
  
  It's like saying Mcdonalds and KFC are legal but Hardees isn't!

  My mom's boyfriend had an intersting take on the legalization of vices. "If the gov't controlled things like marijuana and prostitution they'd be less interesting" was his statement in support of legalizing both aforementioned vices.
