I'm sure you will, but I thought maybe I could help you find a way to get back from it faster. I wish I could feel exactly what you're feeling so I knew how to help. -

Oh. Maybe that's why? I've never used a tablet to access Gotoquiz before.
I usually just try to fill emptiness with white noise. Read or watch something enjoyable to take your mind off it, but nothing too stressful or violent. Kids cartoons are usually good for it. As for stress, hot tea is great, being in a well lit and comfortable spot and doing something meticulous and consistent like reading or writing is pretty good for it. -
