  make a angreement with her. believe it or not, about a week ago i hated eilloh more than anything. then we settled down and talked it over. she said that she wouldnt insult newbies and that nor i nor the newbies would insult or hate her. since then we've at least been able to talk without killing each other.
  
  or try to see what she doesn't like in your behavior and try to chage that or at least not use it.
