As Warmkit's mother ate alongside the other queens, she got up and wandered around the nursery. Stumbling a few times, but getting right back up again.

"It was fine,Forestkit."He said.Gently he cuffed Forestkit's ear."Shouldn't you be in the nursery."
Suddenly all the kits came out and tussled with Pineclaw."If I were Moonclan or Forestclan,I would be scared."he said.Suddenly he pretended to squeal at all of us."I am Hollystar and I have defeated Moonclan!"Hollykit said.
"No fair!"I wan't to be leader!"came Stonekit's reply."You can be deputy,"Hollykit said."I choose to be medicine cat!"I said. -
Warmkit may have been the youngest kit in the nursery, but she never missed out on the fun. She ran out of the nursery with the other kits and was the last to get off of Pineclaw.

She saw Rockkit pounce on Warmkit and say,"I am Rockstar of Moonclan and I win!" -
Warmkit mewled with amusment and racked Rockkit's under belly with claws sheathed.

eilloh Newbie"All of you,get back to the nursery!"came a grumpy reply."Redface!"mewled the kits.While Redface was covered in delighted kits,Forestkit walked to the elder's den to go see Bramblefur and Nettleclaw.

"Warmkit!" Yellowpelt called "Come on back to the nursery!" Warmkit obeyed, but went with her tail drooping. "The other kits have all the fun." she whined. "All the other kits are older then you, soon to be apprentices!" Yellowpelt replied.

eilloh NewbieI walked into the elder's den and saw Bramblefur and Nettleclaw sharing a vole."I clamped my teeth around the mouse I picked from the fresh kill-pile and dropped it down by the elders."So you want to know a story."came the sharp reply of Nettleclaw."I actually have a good one today"
I was fascinated as Nettleclaw told me the story of a wolf in the forest."But I'm the one that killed it."Bramblefur said.I left the elder's den after sunset.
"Tell us what story they told!"came the excited cry of several kits."Well,long ago,Bramblefur killed a wolf in the forest."I said.I then told them the story. -
Warmkit's eyes were wide as she listened to the story. She was facinated with such things.

eilloh Newbie"I am the wolf!"said Rockkit with his fur bristled."I'll be Bramblefur!"came the excited mew of Darkpaw.I mrrrowed in laughter as Darkkit landed on Rockkit's shoulders and Rockkit fell the ground."Attack!"said the kits,spotting Beechfur coming in the den."Mrow,I give up!"came the laughter of the pretty gray she-cat.

Warmkit raced after the other kits, and was stopped by Yellowpelt. "No, I want you to stay here. I don't feel safe with you hanging around kits much older and bigger then you." she said.

Warmkit pawed at her tail, and caught it on the third or fourth try.

eilloh Newbie"Good job."I mewed sleepily.I laid down by Silverfern and nuzzled into her warm fur.Sleep took me quickly.

Warmkit wasn't tired, or rather, she didn't feel tired. None the less, she curled up against her mother, drawing in her sweet scent. Soon she was snoring away.
