Why not just stab myself in the heart? Relativley easy.

oh yeah and include some GOOD photos of yourself in the note, some parents like to put pics of the person who died on the gravestone, so pick out the ones you like

How about this:
Go near a window near concret then grab a knife. Have your back face the window the stab yourself and fall out the window on concret. -
if you stab yourself in the heart you will live a couple more mins and blood will come rushing out of your mouth

try to do it when theres no snow, the snow might make your fall softer, and you might end up not hitting the concrete
