  Deception is the final creation of the Father, and stands for his lies. She appears as a sweet girl, who helps people, chimera, and homunculi alike.
  She is a normal homunculus with a stone as her center, although she can use a specific sort of alchemy, called 'False alchemy'. Two circles on each hand show this, they appear normal like everyother transmutation circle in existence, except these two are, if looked at closely, can be seen as having a similiar pattern as an ouroboros tattoo.
  She works closely with King Bradley, and her codename for when she's around humans is 'Dalia Roseblood'.
  She has a strong feeling of right and wrong, and that leads her to many arguments with the other homunculi. However, she's extremely loyal to father, though she hates to kill.

  Exactly. Those are human limbs. The others have no human parts at all.
  
  Every homunculus has his own power, right?
  
  And Wrath... has alchemy.
  
  They know everything about alchemy, remember?
  
  They were mentors of people over the years to motivate people.... to be great alchemists. and gave them all the knowledge in the world..
  
  So it makes sense that entities that know pretty much all there is to know, will not be able to use it.

  I got nagged over a Brotherhood OC using Original series logic. Some people just make me mad.-.-
