  My mom is so freaking cheap, too, but I'm glad she buys water. Does your mom do what my mom does? She holds onto money so much because she didn't have much when she was growing up?

  when my mum was young she was rich, but WE have to by our own water,EVEN OUR LITTLEST SIBLINGS HAVE TO BUY THERE OWN WATER
