What about Detectives who finds themselves on the brink of finding out who committed a triple murder. Two get partnered up...a boy and girl. They fall in love, but that wasn't the best idea?

Okay, I like that idea, but how about instead of detectives, they're teenage spies? And they are both from enemy sides? Kinda Romeo-and-Juliet-ish.
