Go to the Tools icon then go to internet options then security then click on restricted sites then click the sites button then it should say the site that is blocked and just remove it. You can do that if you want...

Alright..Do everything like I said in my other post but instead of going to security go to privacy click sites then remove it. If that doesn't work they put parental thing on it and you'll need the password...
