what i do (i made this up myself) is that after lunch i keep all my food in my mouth hidden in my cheek. i take lots of water and head outside. i "puke" in the most filled garbage can. then if i can i mess up my hair and wet my face. i breathe hard and hskae all over. my grandma always picks me up and lets me do what i want. i take everything into my room and do what i want with the door closed. i can keep this up for weeks

4 WEEKS! good God ur a master! ive 'puked' at home at like 12 o'clock by using leftover stuff in the fridge. i chew it up. then spit in toilet. worked for abooooout...2-3 days. my parents let me stay home 1-2 days...then its back to skool.
