I was wondering if you could watch Misa Amane a bit more closely.....

Will do. She does seem suspicious... So easily manipulated... A very easy target for Kira, seeing as she is so intellectually incapable of thinking for herself. It would be safe to deem her a secondary suspect on account of a large possibility (on about the 65th percentile) of being the second Kira.
