@Mandy I sent this in an email so I just copied and pasted.
Grace (best friend) made me break up with her boyfriend that cared A LOT about her and she didn't see it. Then later she was mad at me because I still like Ben even though yesterday (Thursday) he called me "not pretty". Then I was talking to Katie (another best friend that listens more) in gym and I was telling her how I was upset and she just walked away to talk to Gabby (snobby girl that thinks she knows everything). >:/ I was talking to her (Katie) at the end of the day (I already missed the bus because Ben had to talk to me) and I got really upset and started crying. Then she came over and Grace was upset because Alex (her bf) was going to hurt himself because of her so she kept calling Grace and doing everything for Grace that SHE SAID "was ignoring me and I'm mad at" So not knowing who else to go to, I called Ben and it went to voicemail. I almost started crying and said, "I really needed someone to talk to. . . but nevermind" and my voice cracked A LOT at the end. Then I was texting him a bit and Katie decided to tell me about how close they were and how they "would text until 10 at night, and play games like 2 truths 1 lie, and complain about teachers" so I felt even WORSE. Because not only did both Kaite and Grace have people (potential lovers :P) that REALLY cared about them, but they have to act as if it's nothing. AND, Katie, while crossing a "busy street" (she thought she would die) she screamed, "I LOVE YOU BEN BLAKE-JOHNSON" as we crossed. :'( She didn't trust me enough to tell me. -
Teresa: I'm really sorry. I know the feeling with the trust thing, it stings. A lot. I'm here if you need to talk to someone.(whenever I'm online).

Do you think I should just give up on Ben? It seems to me that he cares a lot more about Katie. And the person I emailed this too think I should give up on him. -

I honestly think you might want to try to give up on him. I mean, he seems like a nice guy, but if he cares more about Katie then maybe you should. (This part is going to sound real cheesy.) You should do what your heart tells you too. You know why? Because 'reason' is an bitch. :P
