Ok I need workout routines to help with my endurancw cause i pretty much suck at long distance. I'm doing Coopers, i have to run 7 laps on a 400m track less than 12 minutes next term for two semsters I have to pass P.E so any advise for this, cause i really don't want to repeat P.E, if i fail this class i repeat it again.

just do what i do ,save all of your engery for gym ,dont really sweat yourself out before P.E. Either that or just try ot explain to your teacher its really getting hard for you and that you need some help.

the thing is i'm an athlete, i run, i do basketball, volleyball, hockey etc..., what i don't do is Long distance, and my coach is well different, he say i'm lazy, i kinda have to agree on that at some point, but sincw i'm on my break i need to go to the gym, and i need to be a captain for my bball team, but i have no idea about my endurance
