"Yeah, you should stay away from him." I walked into the kitchen. "Yo, Scott! Is Rebekah here?"
"Not yet, man, calm down. She's having a smoke." Scott laughed and went back to flipping burgers.
I rolled my eyes. "She's gonna get lung cancer and die and none of us will ever know happiness again." -
I blinked, and thought about my father, who died from lung cancer.

"Rebekah's a friend of my dad's and she makes the best apple pies in the world. You haven't known true happiness until you've tasted her pie." I smiled at Pandora.

I smiled weakly.

"You okay? You don't look so good. In fact, you look a little green." I put a hand on her forehead to check for fever.

"I-I'm fine..."

"Well, you don't have a fever. Here sit down." I put my hands on her waist and lifted her onto the counter.

I blushed, and sat on the counter.

"Tell me if you need anything, okay? I'm gonna go get our menus. Be right back." I walked out to the front room.
Meanwhile, Rebekah comes in. She sees Pandora. "Hello there, honey," she says with a thick southern accent. "You do know this area is for family only, right?" she smiles, not trying to be mean. -
"Uhh.. Jake brought me here..."

"Ohh, Jacob brought you? Then that's okay, honey. I've always wanted to meet one of his friends. I'm Rebekah but you can call me Reba." she holds her hand out for Pandora to shake.

I shook her hand, and nodded. "I'm Pandora. I'm new here, just came last week from Paris. Nice to meet you, Reba."

"Ooh, Paris? Me too. I just loved it there." Reba smiled at Pandora.

I returned a weak smile. "Its really amazing..."

"Yep. Nothing like them cows and fresh grass."
