He's a guy who forces little kids to do things like kill their parents or other people.

It's not really known whether or not he's actually dead. He just hasn't been in Uganda for five years, since the locals went against him and pushed him out of there. He could be hiding; could be dead.
But either way, Invisible Children is kind of a scam. Only 33% of donations went to the program on their recent reports and there's a report that the whole thing is just so that the U.S. can invade and take from their mines (which is the only way they can make money) as "pay" for helping them.
It's really dumb, seriously. -
