looks: short messy silver hair, purple eyes, when he is half tranformed, he has large purple wings with red edges, he has a blade thing sticking out his two wrists, he has white glowing ring markings on his legs and arms, and he has wolf ears, when he is fully transformed, he is a redish silver wolf with the ring markings on his legs, he still has the wings, and he has spikes sticking out of his legs, his eyes are still purple

maybe our characters could already know each other, but are being hunted down by an enemy that wants them dead

how about post-apocolypse you were just minding your normal business when suddenly
multiple people get visited by a mysterious stranger and they tell you you have powers and the world's going to end
you shrug it off likenothing, then stuff happens
epidemics, floods, forest fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, the works happen
the people find out they DO have powers and meet up somehow to find a way to save the world?
LOLWTF DID I JUST TYPE. I should probably use that as a manga idea e_e -
