I was breathing heavily. I rested my head on his shoulder. "Please, Dylan. Dot ever do that again."

"No promises."

"Dylan..." I silent tear ran down my cheek.

"What?" My voice was cold. I felt something wet hit my shoulder.

"I just...I can't...." A sob wracked my body.

"Can't what?" An edge of panic creeped in. I tried to reach behind me but Nik was pinning my arms down.

I rolled off him and buried my head in my hands and curled into the fetal position. I sobbed. "I can't live without you, Dylan. If you die, then there is no hope."

I went to Nik and wrapped my arms around her, getting more blood on her.
"I'm sorry." -
I wrapped my arms around him and cried into his shoulder. I sniffled. "It's gonna be okay. Just don't do that again. Ever."

"No promises."

"Please Dylan." I sobbed into his shoulder. I was aware of the blood all over us.

"I can't." I whispered to her hair.

My sobs slowed and I breathed raggedly. "You wanna take a shower with me to get all this blood off?"

I covered the wrist I had cut with my hand.
"Sounds good to me." I helped Nik up and led her into the bathroom. -
I walked with him. I rested my head on his shoulder and opened the door to the bathroom.
