Zero, honestly, cutting yourself never solves anything. The blood does not carry your sorrows. They won't go away- you'll just hurt yourself. Just like you apparently just did. And when the marks are prominent, the woes of life will still be there.

Cutting won't solve them. You need to face your problems head on, rather than trying to cut them away. Grab your problems at the throat, and cuss at them until you feel better. Just don't do it in a room where someone might walk in...
