It's not medicine. It's just juice. Cranberry juice has an acid that makes you have acidic urine, in which the UTI doesn't want to stick around. We put in soft food. He loves soft food so he ate it.

irishlass17 Newbie@ mo well at lest it's helping him i love cats i have three of them two girls one boy. i know i would be realy sad and worried if any of them got sick.

I have the other little kitty with me. She likes sleeping in my bed. .3.
Mom's going to set up a time to take him to the vet. So we can make sure he's not in a serious condition. -
*feels stupid* I didn't know cats could get UTIs.

Anything that pees can get a UTI. Male cats especially. He eats too much and it's likely the salt in cat food that caused it.

Anything that urinates can get this. x3
I love my fat boy and he's too young for me to lose him. -
