  Im bobbing my head to the music on my iPod.The song is On the Floor. Then a dark figure is in front of me. I look up. Riiight. I pull down my hood and take out my ear plugs.
  "Are you enjoying your music?" Mr. Jefferson asks, raising his eyebrows. Someone coughs to hide their laugh at the back of the room. I bite my lip, trying to come up with something to please the guy.
  "No, not as much as I enjoy listening about Shakespear." I say.
  "Maria, we are in math." He says, shaking his head.
