I got out of the shower,looked at my right bicep and gasped,I never noticed it before...but oh god,it looked AWFUL,scary,and as if though a million knives had attacked my arm...it looked bad.I just thought,I need to stop...this stops now.

@Ben No. Throw it away. Wrap it up in a paper towl next time you're alone then shgove it to the middle of the trash. Then put food or tissues subtly over the spot.
