Why can't I make myself happy?

Teresa, You have to think why you cant be happy, the people around you might be the cause, Like school people for example, or untrustworthy friends, that seem like your friends but they backstab you, or you feel neglected. Maybe you have low esteem, not having confidence in yourself. Well me as you know am a Christian, so i just read the Bible. You should express yourself someway, your favorite activity to do, you can express your feelings to that.

I have self confindence so I know that's not my problem.

sometimes I'm just upset for no reason. Then i think why, usually cause something my friends did, or people ignoring me for no particular reason, so maybe it might be social related

just try to find your own path, and don't give in to all those people, if it's bad friends, separate from them they are not even friends just users
