missenterpretation. You are already happy. Your goal isnt to become happy. Since you're goal is maintain what you have you'll always feel there is more you have to do to stay happy. but since you dont give a flying f--- at the same time, you just feel you should keep the way you are and things will be alright. If you werent happy and your goal was to be happy, every time you strived to be happy, you would decide it wasnt enough and you would still be unhappy. If your goal is to achieve something that you dont already have, you'll always feel there is more you have to do to achieve it. That is what I was talking about. It was for those misserable people.
Also, your happyness is based around the truth about happyness. You take it as it comes. Your happyness comes from those chocolate bars and those ice cream cones. It's the little things that remind you to just keep smiling. Those people who are misserable are the ones who think happyness comes from money or fame or conquest. And since those are all idea's once they reach what they originally thought was enough, their new perception of it will raise the bar of their goal, hince the never ending vicious cycle of forced self betterment. -

only for a while. People only say half the s--- they do so they can get attention. I have a few people who I honestly care about enough that I'll still help them. The next person who walks up to me and says they're going to kill themselves and cant give a very good f---ing reason to do so, I'm going to tell them to do it.
