Just before disappearing completley, the man said "Ask her yourself."

Candace turned around to Gera, "Well?" she said, folding her arms and tapping her foot.

Gera shook her head "I don't even know him!" she exclaimed.

Candace stopped tapping her foot and lifted an eyebrow at Gera, "You positive?" she said, putting her hands on her hips.

"I'm more then positive!" she said.

"Okay then, lets get out of here." Candace sighed, still a bit suspicious to why someone would want to kill Gera for no reason, then she stopped in her tracks, "Don't you have your flower with you?" She asked, eying the flowerless Gera.

Gera felt first her front pockets, then her back ones. "Yeah" she said, pulling the flatened flower out of her pants pocket.

The flower was missing a petal, and was turning white, meaning it was losing it's power, "Er...did you remember to water it?" Candace asked, looking at the dry vegetation in Gera's hand.

"Well we're limited, so I did my best." Gera said.

"Makes sense," Candace said, touching the flower, it turned a vibrant blue like before, "Lets get out of here." she said, taking Gera's hands and teleporting to outside Gera's house.

"Thanks," Gera said "I wonder who that man was..."

"I wonder also.." she agreed, then she winced.

"Is something wrong?" Gera asked, turning to face Candace.

"I can hear my aunt yelling." she said, even though it was silent all around.

"What do you mean? I can't hear anything."
