What does it mean if you draw something, isn't sastified with it, but people say its good without you telling them your opinion?

People say it's good because they genuinely like it, whether you do or not. Artists tend to judge themselves more harshly than anyone else.

Its just, I draw anime and manga, look at it, and I utterly hate it. Then people see it and they're like :o "that looks soooo awesome!" -
I draw anime and manga too xD i used to hate my stuff but I got a little better over time.
Yeah it happens xD you hate it, others love it, oyu're more harsh on yourself. -
