That's all the themes I got choose a few (four at most) then I'll come up with plots and we could narrow it down. -

Okay....this sounds so twilightish in a way.....
A guy vampire suspects that a class mate of his is a vampire. One day he see's her in the forest drinking blood from an animal. He likes drinking from humans. When she hears him she runs away and he follows her. the rest we can just make up....I didn't get that far. -
Paranormal Romance.....
A ghost haunts a centuries old mansion. One day a couple with a son that likes ghost hunting, moves into the mansion. He finds her in the attic and talks to her. He tries to find a way to make her human again. -
