I think they were. For people that are related they seemed way to close. They both acted like they were queens where they act like b|tches then just smiled in a snobby way, they both took forever to reply, they acted as if they shared a brain (but that makes sense, they acted like idiots because they only have half a brain), and they both flattered each other. Ccbb probably made that account to 1) make her seems cool by saying she does a sport and 2) to make it seem like she had a follower. But it really only makes her seem desperate, stupid, and immature.
