Tell her to
1. Click start menu
2. click 'All Programs'
3. click 'Accessories'
4. Click 'System tools'
5. Click 'Disk Cleanup'
Simple. Tell her you saw it a while back when you were looking through the menu and you think it may help. -
i have done that, i dont think it does anything except make the computer run a bit faster

Nope, it clears space. More Space means you comp will be less susceptible to a virus, or malware, or trojan. Then simply get an Anti-virus (particaly AVG for free), and get rid of your problem :3

And Dragon, I probably know more about computers than you, your mom, AND your dad combined.

It'll also probably get rid of any infected/damaged files in your hardrive.

i will try the disk cleanup later, if my mom isn't around, but i cant do anything about anti virus programs, my computer cant connect to the internet ( i already said that )
