You can easily lose, considering people don't lose only in games. Some lose in life, some lose in luck, and some lose keys. You see?
And for fair judgement, the judgement is as fair as you see it to be. One person's idea of fair would be different from another's, therefore fair is nonexistent except towards one self.
And why would you say I lose if you assumed that nobody or everybody would lose? That goes agaisnt all you wrote, does it not?
