"You know, Nathan, running away doesn't help your self-esteem either!" She yelled, catching up with him. "Geez, stop running."

By this time he was having a inner battle to stop his tears.
He gradually stopped.
"What do you want?" -
Peyton looked at him.
"What the hell is wrong with you? First, you dash out of class. Second, you tell me off by stating something from freaking death. Now you run away from me? Are you, like, emo?" -
" Are you just naive?! Funny how it was just YOU that followed and not anyone else. You've just come to this town! Sort yourself out before you become a bother to everyone else"
He sharply turned his back on her. -
Peyton had that coming. She knew it too, and she knew that she was naive. But she was curious. And kind of dramatic.
But his words stung. She walked back to the bench and sat down. She breathed heavily and put her head in her hands. -
He knew he was to harsh on her. But he had no other idea how to get him to leave her alone. He was about to turn around and apoligize..
.but..it began to hurt....
He continued to walk very slowly. -
Peyton breathed in and sqeezed her eyes shut. She breathed out.

It started burn more. and more. But he had to ignore it. he continued to walk.

Peyton covered her face with her hands and held back her tears.

The pain was becoming unbearable. He feel blood dripping from the cut. He dropped to the floor, trying to surpress the blood.

Peyton looked up at Nathan.
"Nathan?" She whispered. She got up and kneeled beside him. "Nathan, wha'..." -
It was getting worse with every second. It kept bleeding from his arm, his sleeve a jacket drenched in blood. He was losing the colour in his cheeks and his consciousness.

Peyton started to panic.
"Nathan?! Nathan, wake up. Please." Peyton closed her eyes. She picked up her phone and dialed Jake's number.
"Hello?" Said Jake's groggy voice.
"Jake," She said.
"Where are you?" She could tell that he was up now. She told him and he said that he would be there soon, blah blah blah. (XD :33) -
He heard everything that was going on. But there was somthing in the back of his mind and was tormenting him. He couldnt grasp it. He had a basic image of who caused this. He let it go and fell on conscious.

Peyton saw a car. The car stopped and a guy got out. Jake. He ran to Nathan.
"Peyton, what happened?" Jake asked.
"I dont know, just... we need to take him to the hospital!" She stood up and Jake carried Nathan to his car.
