Crap. It's so awkward when my cousin wants me to swim but I'm on my period... because she actually freaked out when she found out there'd be more than one when she started them.

i dont wear tampons so idk but when i was swimming i didnt wear anything and didnt get any stains because i was in the water

Oh, Im sorry Im no help. And your cousin'll get used to it. Tell her that she can have a lot of chocolate during her periods... if she craves chocolate. I crave pizza... yum. :)
