im f***ing p***ed off:@
my life isn't going right. My dads cheating and im the one who has to look after my mum, every night i can hear her crying and it f---ing pains me. I cant do s*** all cause im 13 and no one will listen to me. My ex best friend is spreading s*** about me+everyone calls me quiet girl because im not confident like most people, and im fed up of it.

Sorry for the rant.

People can piss off.
My best advice is to practice being more confident, I pretty much had to practice every basic social skill....
