Nobody understood her, and nobody wanted to take the time to try.
As many people that surrounded her every day in the crowded city, Sarki Faxon was alone. When she was young, when her mother abandoned her, the loneliness would get to her. Sarki would cry, and sometimes people would turn their heads to stare at her, but nobody ever stopped. They were all too busy going wherever they were going, wherever was even more important than her.
Even Sarki's mother hadn't taken the time to take her to an orphanage.
Nobody thought Sarki was important enough to waste time on. Oh, there were a few.
But the oneswho had come of to her, and tried to help her? They were gone now.
As the blonde teenager continued walking through the forest, she giggled, remembering the faces of those people. Oh yes, they were long gone now. They were the reason Sarki hadn't starved while she was living on the street.
Nobody understood the hunger pangs. Sarki could make herself vomit at the thought of fruits or vegetables. Meats such as beef and chicken were okay, but they didn't satisfy her. Even after eating a whole carnivore meal, she still craved human flesh.
She wasn't normal, she knew that. She had accidentally cut her tongue on her own teeth before, they were sharp and unnaturally pointed.
While Sarki had still lived with her family, her older brother had tried to make her eat vegetables once. She hadn't liked that.
He was gone now, too.
The cannibalistic teenager could go for weeks without human meat, but the whole time, she felt as if she were starving to death, wether she ate anything else or not.
Now was one of those times.
The girl almost smashed into a tree, lost in her thoughts. She had attempted to make a kill twice in the past week, but both times, the victim had somehow escaped. Sarki hissed with fury, and narrowed her eyes. No one escaped Sarki without paying! But she knew she couldn't go back for them. They would be prepared. This time, Sarki would find a new victim, someone who didn't expect her.
Sarki giggled again.
The predator then walked deeper into the forest, searching out her prey. And this time, she thought, there will be no escape. -
Sorry, I was bored as hell.
If anybody likes this for some weird reason, I'l write more. -.- -
Before you say something negative, I'm going to post to tell you I'll be reading it while you're reading this. I'll give you feedback afterward.

The whole story isn't about her, I have it planned out in my head, I haven't added the other character yet. >.
-
I like it! Wait, is this what that soap you wanted to do was about? If you don't have anyone doing that soap yet, I'd be happy to do it.
-
The characters are based on soap charries, I tried to do a soap with them, but it kinda failed so I started writing about them instead. x'D
-
Ohhh.... Well it's still a good idea! I really do like it.

Vesper Anstice sat in the forked branches of a tree, brushing his snowy white hair out of his misty gray eyes every once in awhile. He was in the tree, although his mind was somewhere else. Vesper's gray eyes were focused only on the pages of the book he held in his hands, A Wind in The Door, everything else around him was just a colorful blur.
He had no human friends. He didn't know how to make them. His parents had had him tested for insanity or autism as a young child. The doctor had said he was fine, just "socially awkward". Probably the main reason his parents didn't want him. Nobody wanted him. Conversations - on the rare occasions he had them - were struggles, and the other person would always just give him odd looks when he responded. Sometimes they would simply walk away, as if they thought he was too stupid to care or notice. Most of the time, they would ask him. "Are you stupid?" was the most common one. Vesper would usually say no, but it was as if the other person would suddenly became deaf - they usually kept teasing him.
Communication with anybody was a struggle, a chore that had to be carried out when neccesary.
The normal world was an every-day nightmare for Vesper, only he was already awake. He hated this world - the only world he cared about was the one inside his head, dreams where speech wasn't neccesary, and the stories like the one which he read now. Vesper could escape into his world when neccsary, like now, as he sat up in the oak tree.
He almost didn't hear the soft footsteps beneath him. When he did, he merely assumed it was a photographer, or somebody else.
Vesper nearly jumped a foot in the air when the person called up to him. "Hello, there! What are you doing, so high up there?" came the cheery greeting. The white-haired boy looked down through the rbanches, to see a girl about his age, maybe older, with short blonde hair and blue eyes.
Vesper felt the familiar panic rise up inside him. A person! What should he say? Should he say hello as well?
"Alright!" was Vesper's reply.
The girl looked confused at the boy's odd reply, but the look then faded from her face, and she didn't leave, to Vesper's relief. "Well, do you have a name?" she asked once again, tilting her head to one side. Vesper blinked in surprise, nobody had ever been so eager to meet him before. "V-Vesper is my name. Vesper Anstice." he stuttered, unsure of his own words. "Nice to meet you, I'm Sarki Faxon." the blonde girl said, still cheery as ever. Sarki then looked up at him and smiled. "You look awfully lonesome up there, Vesper. Do you have any friends?" she asked. Vesper thought for a moment. No, he didn't. But would Sarki still like him if she knew that? "Um...y-yes." he answered her finally, although he actually meant books. But Sarki didn't have to know that, did she? Sarki laughed, noticing the hesitant tone in Vesper's answer. "Well, can you come down from there?" Sarki requested. "Sure!" came Vesper's enthusiastic reply. he then grabbed his book, and hurriedly climbed down the tree without a second thought.
I don't know wether Vesper saw the predator look that flashed through Sarki's eyes and mistook it for a friendly look, or if he just didn't see it at all.
