Peyton slowly walked in. She bit her lip.
"I'll make food." She suggested, even though it was kind of stupid too. -
" Okay" . Alex tried hard to keep the aquaintences happy. He then turned to look at Adam.
Adam said " She's one us isnt she"
" The youngest. They're after her, then me "
" Percival?"
" Yeah, they killed mom. They killed the last remained 5 at the school. "
Adam looked to the floor and back at Alex.
" Thats a lovely cut you got there Alex"
Alex ignored his brother and shouted to Peyton.
" Are you alright Peyton?" -
She was in the kitchen.
"Im good, Alex. What do you want? To eat, I mean?" She was looking through the fridge, finding a lot of food to make. "I can make everything, I swear." She said to herself, pretty sure that the guys can hear her. -
Alex and Adam smirked and looked at the floor.
" Surprise us!" Alex shouted.
" We need to hide her Adam. At least until we get some more help"
" You still got that knife i gave you?"
" Last used 2 hours ago"
" Okay, im going to make some phones calls then later, because you know what Ol' Percys like: doesnt give up. I guess you guys can stay here for a while"
" Thanks Adam."
Adam shrugged. -
Peyton was working and chopping food. She finished making food; some rice and chicken. She walked into the living room and set down food in front of Adam and Alex.
"Here you go. I haven't made this dish in a long time. So, Im sorry if it isn't the best." Peyton pressed her lips into a line, waiting for them to take a bite. -
Alex and Adam took thier first nibble
" Hey this is really good Peyton " Alex compliented her once more
" Yeah..its..not..bad" Adam shrugged.
" Dont worry about him Peyton. He thinks he's a tough nut, but he's a big softie really"
Alex smiled at carried on eating. -
Peyton grinned.
"Thank you." She said. She forgot to make herself some, but she'd rather have them eat. She caught herself staring at Adam. He just looked so similar to Alex. -
Alex looked at Peyton. He noticed she was staring at Adam.
"He's a big ugly bear isnt he?" Alex said
Adam looked at Alex blankly and threw a piece of chicken at.
Alex laughed at carried on eating. -
Peyton giggled.
"No, you two just look so freaking similar." Now she was staring at Alex. Glancing every few seconds at Adam. -
Alex looked at Adam
" Hmm..Kind of..Except i got the looks and he got the brains. Well.."
Adam threw a pillow at Alex and hit him off the head.
Alex laughed and looked at Peyton
"Arent you hungry?" -
Peyton laughed again.
"Oh, no. Im... good." She said to Alex, smiling. -
Alex and Adam had finished. Alex picked up Adams plate and his own and took them into the kitchen.
" Peyton, can you come here please?" -
"Uh, yea, sure." She said, standing up.
She followed Alex back to the kitchen. -
He put the plates on the Kitchen surface.
" Adam had let us stay here for a while, until we get some help." -
Peyton winced.
"You make it sound like we're pysho." She said, smiling. "But, okay. Stay here? There is a ton of food here, so I'm cool with it." Peyton was almost bouncing.
